How do I submit a request?
Send an email request with expectations / requirements to slidesupport@vividslides.com.
What kind of work / projects can I submit?
Currently, all work relating to presentation formatting, clean up, imagery, icons, template merging, hand drawn to slide infographics, Logos, Brochures, Social Media Banners, Flyers, Posters and Newsletters
Can I get my deliverable on the same day as the request date?
Same day turnaround is currently not available. Depending on the requirements of the request and how many slides are needed, most requests are delivered in 48-72 hours (depending on the number and complexity of the slides)
What can I not submit?
At this time we do not have capabilities to support requests that require presentation creation without any existing direction or content, as well as work that falls outside of presentations, e.g. data reporting, analytics, web support and videos.

How will I receive my deliverables?
Deliverables will be emailed back to you.
Are other services available such as branding and / or other design support?
Design support is restricted to Logos, Brochures, Social Media Banners, Flyers, Posters and Newsletters.
How much does the service cost?
The rate is $20/hour (1-6 slides) depending on the complexity of the slides. (Exceptional cases - some slide may require more than 1 hr)
How is this paid for?
You will receive an invoice either for every request or as an consolidated invoice for a month. You can pay us by wire transferring to our Company’s account
Do you sign NDA/CDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA/CDA with our clients as a first step before helping clients with their work.
